Collaboration is the method, not the slogan

A.D.A.M. stands for Artists Developing Astonishing Music, and the project was founded by Adam DeGraide on the idea that collaboration is the best way to make music. That is not a tagline here. A single album can carry more than twenty-five contributors: writers, vocalists, guitarists, drummers and engineers pulled together for the song rather than for a fixed line-up. It is why the catalog can move from a funk rock duet to a neoclassical piano piece to a hard rock war anthem without sounding like a different company made each one.

Why we record the way we do

Everything is cut to broadcast standard, and the rights are kept together deliberately. When the label owns the master and the writers publish through us, a music supervisor gets one phone call instead of four, and an artist gets paid without waiting on a chain of approvals. That structure is the reason our catalog clears quickly, and it is the single most valuable thing we offer the people who license our music.
