Who we are

This site is run by Astonish Entertainment, LLC (“Astonish”, “we”, “us”), a music sync agency, record label and publisher. You can reach us at admin@astonishentertainment.com.

Our music and content

The recordings, songs, artwork, photographs, videos, logos and text on this site belong to Astonish, to the artists we release or represent, or to the people who licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You are welcome to listen, browse and share links to this site. You may not copy, download, rip, re-upload, sample, remix, broadcast or otherwise use our music or content without a written license from us.

Listening is not a license

Streaming a track, downloading a preview, reading a track’s details or asking us for a quote does not give you any right to use the music. A sync license exists only once we have both signed a written license agreement and the agreed fee has been paid. Until then, nothing on this site is an offer we are bound by.

Where we describe a track as One Stop, Easy Sync or a Cover, that is a guide to how it clears, not a guarantee. The license agreement for your project is what sets out exactly which rights you receive, for which uses, in which territories and for how long.

For a Cover, we can license the recording only. The song itself belongs to its original writers and their publishers, and you must license it from them separately.

Requesting a license

When you send a licensing request, please give us accurate details about your project and how you intend to use the music. We will reply with availability and a quote where we can. Quotes are not binding until a license agreement is signed, and we may decline any request.

Sending us music

If you send us music for consideration, you confirm that you own or control the rights to it and have the authority to send it. We are under no obligation to listen to, respond to or represent it, and sending it does not create a confidential or business relationship. We will not use your music without a separate written agreement with you.

Email and text messages

If you sign up for our newsletter or text updates, we will use your details as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any message, and stop texts by replying STOP.

How you may not use the site

Please do not:

• use our music or content to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its catalog;
• try to get around any preview limit, watermark or other protection;
• use the site to break the law or to infringe anyone else’s rights; or
• interfere with the site’s security or with other people’s use of it.

Other sites and services

The site links to and embeds services run by others, including DISCO, Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them or for their content.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and track information such as tempo, genre and clearance can change.

Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Astonish is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Any license you take from us is governed by the terms of that license agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
